Policies: Appointment Changes: If you need to cancel or change any service appointments, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No-Show Policy: Two or more "No-shows" will require full payment prior to future bookings. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, but please note that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients’ appointments. Payment: Payment for salon services is required before your appointment begins. Effective immediately, new customers booking appointments for 4 or more people between 8-10 am are required to provide a $100 deposit upon booking. Any outstanding balance will be settled upon arrival, with adjustments made for fewer guests than booked. Birthday Discounts: Discounts for birthdays can only be applied before payment is processed. Refunds: All sales are final. However, if you're not satisfied with a service, please inform us before leaving the salon, and we will address it promptly. Children in the Salon: To ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients, we kindly request that children be supervised at all times and kept away from salon equipment.
